Hello, I'm Hajra, a Freelaance Content Writer.

I am a finance content writer based in Toronto, Canada. Growing up in a family of entrepreneurs, setting up my own business was not a matter of why but when.

Although I started my career with United Nations (UN), I have always had a keen interest in finance. More recently, I have been closely following the controversial rise of crypto and NFTs.

I have lived and worked in 3 different continents and with people from over 120 different countries. I have also traveled to more than 40 countries across the world.

Since our education system didn’t give enough attention to finance basics, I aim to make this topic easy for a 10-year-old to understand. Learning how to budget, save and invest is life-changing.

Growing up, I have always enjoyed writing. I first started writing blogs in university as a creative outlet. The various marketing, finance, research and creative writing courses I had taken became the foundation that helped me understand the nuances of an engaging piece.  

After the birth of my second child, I had the rare opportunity to monetize what I was passionate about - writing for a living.

And it has been a dream come true!

Although I don't subscribe to the 'get rich quick mindset, I firmly believe that personal finance is a critical area and I’m here to spread awareness.
